Not sure why really, but when we hear from Phil through Jeanie, it always makes me think of him as an old man... Like a grandpa figure commenting about his grand kids.
When he comments directly, I don't get that feeling.

It's kind of sad because he seems so disconnected now.

She also said she has a personal hope that Kobe makes it to 20 years in a Laker uniform... You guys think its possible? She stated how its never gonna be done again going forward because of the new CBA and how players will be jumping from team to team because of it.

I think maybe in the next CBA agreement the owners may ask for a franchise tag similar to the one in football. For instance Paul George will obviously stay in Indiana this initial big money contract (also because he's restricted) but after this one its gonna be fair game who nabs him by the cap space available for each team and what other free agents would be available at the time and my want to team up. Thought that was interesting.

Phil wants to run the front office. Jeanie is talking more now because she trying to push Jim to the side so Phil can come in and run the front office and fix things.
