Definitely going to be a tough matchup. Sim'ing 7 game series right now...he's one 1 and I've won 1, both going 7 games. First game of the 3rd series was an OT thriller where I won and Hakeem was POG putting up 31 pts, 27 reb, 5 ast, 7 blk.

Just saw at the end of that Game 5 Hawks Bullets game Alex English puts Hawks up 2, Deron Williams fouled on inbounds pass and clangs 1st FT makes 2nd.

Hawks win 109-108.

yea its going to be tough and can go either way. You have the best guy in Hakeem but I feel that my trio of wade, Artis and KG can give your team some problems. Anyway good luck

but damn it is a shame that I can't play against jordan, Kobe or Magic johnson teams

LOl !! I can't even get mad. You prob would of kicked my ass

I am still confused why Shaq is not dominating more. Because Shaqs team is built with elite spacing so he would most of the time be gaurded one on one which Shaq is in huge advantage almost against any center. I guess this sim doesn't take into account spacing.

I apologize...as you can see there is one more sim ran than there should have been...unfortunately I refreshed the page, and it simmed again? Not sure why that happens automatically, but it had no effect on the outcome obviously as this was won in 5 games anyway. Figured I'd clear that up.

lol yea man, that's what a good coach does. You deserved that win no doubt. You put the work in n stomped me lol. Your team has defensive beasts everywhere too...I hope you win this thing to prove I lost to a serious squad.

well two of our games were really close and could have gone either way, so it was not something bad.

But yeah I am happy with my team and think my starting lineup is the best defensive lineup in the whole competition. I made some brainfarts when I was drafting Danny Granger and David West and did not get a good backup pointguard :banghead:

So dwyane wade has been playing backup pointguard for billups :oops:

I was wondering the same thing. I thought he would be dropping 30-35ppg with the team he is surrounded by but like you said the sim prob doesn't take that in to account.

Hard for spacing to be a factor when he wasn't getting the majority of touches or rather fga's.

Nice team but no one to do the dirty work and get extra possessions imho, and when they did get extra chance points I'm sure someone other than Shaq shot the ball.

Shaq and Reggie Miller could've been dominant, even w Melo, Tim Hardaway and Larry Johnson did them in.

I think the pecking order was a little hard to establish on that squad.

Edit: Yep, checked the boxscores and Shaq shot more than Melo once the whole series.
