He can ball, this team is full of vets who may have great influence on him. The kid might finally get it. I'd take the risk

Have you ever seen Beasley play in your life? He cannot ball. He has potential, and takes ill advised shots.
It's hard not being emotional when some of y'all type the dumbest **** and then argue nonstop as if you're right.

Beasley can't play defense, takes ill advised shots, doesn't rebound well for someone his size, has questionable determination.. His off court antics are just the cherry on the top.

Again you on here actin all emo like a lil bitch.

I believe that given the right situation certain players can turn it around. The kid smokes weed and likely has some emotional issues but a the other talk of him being a cancer is overreaction.

He wouldn't worry me at all on this team, he acts up he won't get played, simple.

Do you have reading comprehension issues? If you came up with me being emo after trying to present possible scenarios for beasley's negative impact on our squad then if advise you to see the nearest shrink.

He doesn't do anything besides periodic scoring. As I said before, his off the court issues and head issues are the cream on the top.

Lol still can't believe you said he can ball

Can you imagine the irrational posting if Bosh has a bad nigh? Haslem? Bird? Oden? Even Joel - who I think would play ahead of Beasley in this fantasy scenario - would get chewed to death!

"Beasley has talent", "is only weed", "Pat Riley, LeBron or Wade will keep him in line". Really? Are we, the champions, that desperate that would want to get into all the extracurricular stuff Beasley brings to the table? Has he shown anything to warrant hiring a full time nanny like Phoenix did? (which didn't work by the way). You saw how hard Minny worked to resign him last off-season. I mean, he is such a game changer that he's about to be dumped for the 3rd time in his short career. Let's bring that on-board.

Sometimes I wonder if Beasley is the only high around here :noway:

My thoughts exactly. But don't bother man, apparently common sense is a rarity on here.

You can't type an argument without cussing and getting all hyped.

He can ball, misguided yes but like I said, right situation and he COULD finally get it. This isn't a young team, his attitude doesn't worry me, already know Spo would bench him..

Tell me we can get Beasley for cheap and I'd take it

This isn't common sense this is an opinion. Just like mine. It's an opinion, speculation of how he would be on this team. No one knows if he will be the same ol Beasley or would change. As soon as u guys get out your own ass and realize you simply don't know everything it would be best for us all

I don't get what's so hard to comprehend? It's not about monetary value but about cohesion, defense, and a solid locker room guy.

Beasley's game negatively affects us imo so regardless of how much of a discount we could possible get him at, WE SHOULDN'T SIGN HIM.
**** this isn't rocket science.

You seem to think that you know everything about players and no-one else does. And then you insult others who disagree with you. Why?

I'm sure that I and many others have seen Beasley play in more games than you. Some of us really enjoyed his exuberance here and even though we understood that he had to be a casualty for us to get Lebron were sad to see him go and have followed him since.

He is a good player with a lot of skills. He isn't a "chucker" though he has been put into that position at times since leaving the Heat. He is a player who CAN find his own shot which even on our championship teams very few players can. He would be ideal off the bench when Bron is having a rest.

His defense is better than many are making out. He played both West and Josh Smith very well, he just has to be reminded.

Yes he's a kid and mentally immature but he certainly isn't a locker room cancer. He's smoked some grass during the off-season - every year - big deal.

He'd be great on this team off the bench and would cap an incredible off-season by the repeater champs.
I remember when the Dolphins were perennial contenders

He's on the Suns payroll anyway...why are ya'll even tripping.

Even if he gets bought out, IF, i dont see him taking a vet min to join us for a chance at ring. He couldn't care less about contending. He'll go for the $$$.

IF he gets bought out, and IF he's willing to take the vet min, I wouldn't mind taking him. We have the open roster spots. If he acts up or sucks..cut him. But those are 2 very big if's.

So it is an opinion when you give it but it is a "know it all's" point if it doesn't concur with yours. ok

At least we agree in that NOBODY knows what can happen. Beasley could become a saint in Miami just like Oden could never be injured again on his way to being the best big man in the game for the next 10 years. Anything is possible in life.

On a side note, I always think of the following quotes from the Dumb and Dumber movie when I read posts such as the ones on the last two pages:

Lloyd: I want to ask you a question... straight out, flat out... and I want you to give me an honest answer. What do you think the chances of a guy like you and a girl like me... ending up together?
Mary: Well Lloyd... that's difficult to say... you really don't...
Lloyd: Hit me! Just give it to me straight! I came a long way just to see you Mary. The least you can do is level with me. What are my chances?
Mary: Not good.
Lloyd: [Gulps] You mean, not good like one out of a hundred?
Mary: I'd say more like... one out of a million.
Lloyd: So you're telling me there's a chance. Yeah!

as the 14th - 15 man Beas would be a beast off the bench. Or just one of the best scorers off the bench period. Would remind me of a Kukoc signing for the Heat.

Or it could be that I missed it. I'm sorry it's hard to pay attention to only your posts when there's 2 or 3 of you that preach the same flawed theory.

I like to look at all variables and judge how potential could be based off of history. There are a few cases where players end up changing their careers with being in the right system and all, but that's the exception not the rule.

Our country and the stock exchange is run on trends and patterns based on a stocks history not based on an outside chance potential.

As for you trying to compare Beasley with rio or Haslem is laughable. Why do you restrict yourselves based on weed when I never said that. I said off court issues including motivation, determination and skillset. Rio and UD play defense, are loyal, and play defense.

Maybe if Beasley would have shown some history of defense I would welcome him with open arms. When he was here, his defensive in capabilities were exposed and for the suns he hasn't changed a bit, but I guess a few of you are Jesus and think he magically will beat all odds right? Same with eddy curry huh?

I don't get where these two are getting insider scoops from the future about how Beasley will change his ways when his history says otherwise.

Sheesh, an opinion mixed with a know it all attitude and attacks on someone else's opinion is to pretend what you're saying isn't an opinion. The guy called it common sense, I said it's not common sense as in the truth, it's an opinion. Has nothing to do whether it concurs with mine or not.

Oh never mind
