Jay looks pretty comfortable in this offense.

A little too much duress caused by penetration. Line needs some time...or talent.

Nate Collins is really standing out. He keeps showing up.

Not sure what to make of that Blackburn sack. Looked like Long helped Williams because he wasn't expecting a blitz.

I really like Maneri too. He stonewalled Hardy a couple times on blocks, looks better than Webb as a blocker, and made a good catch. Already looks like an upgrade to Spaeth.

Bostic and Greene are going to be a great combo for a long time IMO.

Agree. Maneri for Webb
Seriously though he is an upgrade because he has a live body.
And Collins needs to be healthy because that spot is thin.

Backups or not, you don't want to let Derek Anderson drive on you.

Ivs already decided Brown sucks this game. Cant pass block so far. But who is number 62 who as a left tackle just made about the worst block or non block I've ever seen?

OHH my goodness. Britton got lit up by Addison. Outside of that Blackburn sack our interior offensive line has looked good.

Now time to see what Wilson can do. And hopefully Hardin does something. If we cut the fourth and third rounders from Emery's first draft before they can ever contribute anything....needless to say that would be awful.

Unga will be in training camp...forever.

Wilson looks like an NFL wide receiver. Hands. Just from the highlights I have seen and that little slant just now.

Norman is a nice player. And you're right fleet, it looks like Brown is getting beat a lot in pass protection. So Webb, Britton and Brown have all looked bad in that department so far.

Long again helping instead of stopping the MLB blitz. More concerning was how bad Britton got beat. Looks like he's too slow to play outisde. Brown's problem has been getting overpowered so I'd like to see Brown get snaps at tackle and Britton at guard next week.

Good point. Those are beginning to look like wasted picks.

As bad as Angelo was, he was masterful in the middle rounds.

Btw, thanks Fleet & Emp for giving us a small window into what goes on in Mod-land  .

Washington has some speed and quickness off the edge.

78. Which is weird because I think Brown is also 78.

If I knew that was him I would've watched a little more closely. He was in the backfield a couple times so that's a good sign.

he was blocked once on a bull rush but then QB flushed toward the sideline. He bolted from the pocket and chased him out of bounds. He can move. But he is in terrible cardio shape, The rest of the game it looked like he was playing with his tongue in the grass.
