The Chicago White Sox have made a number of deals this summer, saving themselves quite a bit of money this season and next.
Chicago traded Jake Peavy, Jesse Crain, Alex Rios and Matt Thornton.
The moves saved the White Sox $10.7 million in 2013 and $27 million for next season.
