Andre is bringing his game off the court
This is very similar to Quincy Pondexter's twitter game a couple of months ago. Andre is putting his game into good use here: http://www.hardwoodparoxysm.com/2013/08/12/andre-drummonds-summer-of-love/

So Andre's gonna be the rich man's version of Amir Johnson in more ways than one.

Ironic that this comes from a website featuring the words "hard" and "wood"...

The mods sure are strict at this site. I don't mind though, since it keeps discourse more on track than on other sites. Talking BB is way better than talking personal smack against other posters.
Now that said, I think Val v. Drummond will be THE discussion on centers in the league for most of the next 10 seasons. I like Drummond better, but Val can really play. Both teams should and will build around these guys as the centerpiece of their teams. But, as young centers go, I think those two are clearly THE two top young true bigs in the league. Anthony Davis is never going to be a center - for god's sake, he gets pushed out of the block by physical small forwards - the guy's Austin Daye strong - so he's a PF who doesn't belong in this conversation.

Toronto could have had both so they lose the argument by default.

The real travesty of that thread was that it got so off topic and a legitimate thread got closed. THAT should be the primary goal of a mod when things get personal between posters, to ask everyone to drop it and keep the thread on topic.
I'd wait until the preseason season starts before making a new thread, wont be too long now anyway.

yeah i hate that. I wish there was a way for mods to ban individual posters from a thread so it doesn't get locked.
