I dislike calling Irving & Lillard overrated because they are both very good players, but you are right. The Cavaliers with Irving at the helm has been just as bad as the Bobcats over the past two years despite having much more talented players (i.e. Varejao) & competent coaches (i.e. Byron Scott) around him than Kemba. The same could be said about Lillard in Portland, being that the previous season before drafting him they blamed their lack of a playoff appearance on not having a quality PG

Thats what im saying. Lillard is considered by most better than Kemba but has a lower PER and has almost same stats with wayyy better team around him. and everyone calls Kyrie top 5 but your team has to win more than 30 games if your a top 5 PG. thats just me at least.

Lillard is a borderline chucker and Kyrie is just atrocious at defense. Kemba's not as far behind those two (especially not Lillard) as most people think.

In response to most underrated PG

Koremenos: Kemba Walker. Point guards with a lower PER than Walker last year: Mike Conley, Ty Lawson, Rajon Rondo, Jrue Holiday and Jeff Teague. Lost amid the Bobcats' terribleness is the fact that Walker has emerged as legitimate backcourt scorer. If (or maybe when) Walker gets some more talent around him, it could elevate his game to the point where we have no choice but to notice.

I saw this today and was so happy to see him finally get some recognition that is well deserved.

Again I cannot remember the Bobcats getting so much national attention in an offseason.

The Jefferson signing, the rebrand, Cody and Jeff's summer league, Kemba and MKG Team USA minicamp and now some recognition for Kemba by ESBS themselves.

I haven't been this happy with ESPN for a long time and we haven't been this relevent for a long time.

Cho and MJ doing us proud with what they've done and duly deserved for Kemba.

If we can turn that attention into some decent results, we could find ourselves our of the cellar soon. I keep saying how improved this team is and all anybody wants to do is harp on Big Al.
Mike Malone was never given a fair chance in Sacramento, and Ranadive will soon come to regret that, when he's on top of the WC inevitably contending somewhere

Call me weird but when I saw the signing a gave a fist pump lol. Any way Big Al said Kemba was the one recruiting him. It just shows how much he really cares about this team and city and wants to be the one that steps up as a leader and take us to the next level.

It's a massive sign of progress that in a short space of time we've gone from debating the merits of DJ White and Tyrus Thomas to debating the merits of Al Jefferson.

We have gone from the Turnstiles of Oklahoma to the Turnstile of Mississippi.

This would make way too much sense if we'd signed Monta Ellis.

Now that I think about it, we don't really have a nickname for kemba, probably because his first name is so unique but still
