I think the there just sticking with Jones going into the season. I don't mind him because we all know what he capable of but we need someone.

I think Griffen is Haslems replacement. He may be a SF type now but I see him as a slender PF similar to Has.

Between Odom, Al Harrington, Mo Williams, and Ivan Johnson, I dont think I've seen an offseason where a players worth has been overrated on these boards. Pat wont offer Ivan part of the MLE because he's simply not worth it, and the fact that 29 other teams have also not made that offer should tell you something. You couldnt depend on an Ivan Johnson to step up and contribute the way Haslem did in the ECF. I know this because I saw Ivan get worked by Indy in the first round but all most of you see is the few games the Hawks played against us

Haha, except we say this every year. It's a natural part of the cycle and I guess it makes sense. Sooooo boring right now, I can't wait for the season to start! And I don't really watch football so I don't even have that to look forward to.

No, what you see is what u going to get

Oh please, players add to their game at that age all the time. Wade's a talented player and a hard worker, I'm pretty sure he could focus on different aspects of his game if he wanted to.

I understand players add to there game all the time but what is Wade really going to add. Sad to say but he could but he won't. Every off season we hope he comes in with a better jumper but it never happens. Wade just needs to learn to work with his knees and focus on his health.

DUUUUDE, I was just about to comment on that!!!!

I'M F***IN' ECSTATIC right now that he is working with Grover again. I really hope that this will be the "relatively healthy" Wade we have been searching for these past couple of season.

This is very good news. Even when Wade had that great stretch of games and looked fantastic up until that New Orleans(?) game, I thought he appeared a little heavy sometimes. Work your ass off and shut everyone up once more please.

"I don't train my clients to be good as new, I want them to be better than ever," Grover said about working with Wade again. "That's the goal for Dwyane."

Motherf****r is gonna murder Wade, I like it.

If Riley doesn't beat Wade down to 212 lbs, best believe Mr. Grover will. God I want Wade to do well this season but those injuries are what I am afraid of.

The thing about Grover is, he has a ton of pride and a great reputation he wants to build on, that's why I like him. You best believe he wants to be known as the one who fixed Wade again. He's done it before, I'm confident he can do it again.

Is Wade's weight the real problem? I thought he had a really low body fat%

I don't think it was too much weight but too much bulk.

He's not getting down to 212. Too much muscle mass has been built up. He's been playing around 230, I think. Maybe heavier. His body fat % might be lower than LeBron's. Would be unhealthy to lose all that muscle in a summer, I'd think.

Aside from Oden, Mo Williams was the guy I wanted. Now I'm content to go into the season as is and wait for buyouts.

Agreed. See if Jarvis can do anything in camp. Maybe bring in a Cartier Martin.

Thank god Wade is finally done with Ed Downs. Wish he never went away from Grover. Who the hell has Downs trained that made him switch? Nice of him to support the local Miami guy, but that band stuff is crap. Screwed up Udonis too.

Wade going back with Grover to me is the best news of the off-season. That dude gets Wade right back to where he should be everytime.
