what real Laker fan wants a black jersey? Show me the great championship moments or photos wear the Lakers were wearing black. Its **** bs. + they just essentially made the roads purple black and that's it. It shouldn't have any gold accents that looks terrible. **** this waa

I do like them too. I think the first time I heard about black jerseys was on this forum around the time Ron Artest was signed, and man how awesome it would have been to have him play in those!

I also remember that someone had had a great idea about them: have the players wear them on Friday games and name them Black Fridays.

Its been 11 years since the Lakers introduced the whites, are they near and dear to any Laker fans heart? It kinda pisses me off reading that tweet or instagram from the Lakers saying, "you've been asking for it, we listened." I mean I really hate that, yea lets ignore what got us here and hop on the hype train of which i bet 57% of those asking only watch 40 games a year and don't know shiet! Would these replace the home golds? No. Would they replace the road purple? No. Then leave it alone
