Why nobody is talking about that tournament? there is some elite talent there.
Since the games are not shown i can only talk about the 2 Greek players who lead the team to the semis
Vasilis Charalampopoulos 6'8 SF born in 97 lefty.

Georgios Papagiannis 7'1 C born in 97. He is considered the best international prospect of his generation. According some reports he will play 1 year in high school in US.

Re: U16 EU tournament
Actually the games are shown. Ukrbasket.net showed all games up to today and Livebasketball.tv shows the Final Games.
I've only seen one game from Greece but I was pretty unimpressed by Charalampopolous. Was ok but doesn't look like a top prospect to me.
Papagiannis on the other hand has tons of potential but doesn't really know how to use his body and skill to his advantage yet.
Someone his size and skill set should dominate a tournament against 15,16 year old kids but he doesn't.
I'm pretty confident he will improve a lot though in the next years.
To me the most talented player in the tournament is Dragan Bender even though he doesn't have great scoring numbers. But his potential is insane.
Also another Croatian Lovro Mazalin is a supertalent too. Overall the Croatian Team was extremly talented and the best team in the tournament but somehow they choked pretty hard and lost in the quarter finals.
Other interesting prospects are the Ukrainian Shooting Guard Mykhailuk who can score from everywhere, the "Turkish Kevin Durant" Furkan Korkmaz, Italian SF Andrea La Torre or French PF Stephan Gombauld and so on.
Overall a very good Generation with some major talent.

This is the draft board, lots of interesting prospects playing in those youth competitions. Those tournaments should be talked here.
I'd say the biggest talent in this tournament is Mazalin, reminds me of a taller Ginobili, very good first step, ballhandling and shooting. May end up transitioning to SG, he certainly has the speed and skills. Someone to watch for sure. There are other good prospects too, but nothing that screams "lottery bound" at this stage.
About the two greek players mentioned, Charalambopoulos is very polished for his age with a versatile skillset, but he really is an undersized PF. He'll be fine for fibaball, but i don't think he is an NBA prospect. Papagiannis on the other hand has great size at 7'1'' and will likely get drafted at some point. Think prototypical low-usage defensive center. His main issue is speed, which may damage his draft stock a lot.

Considering Charalampopoulos at 16 is already 6'8 i wouldnt call him an undersized even as a PF. On his age i grow up 3 inches
About Papagiannis, he has plenty time to grow on his body. When he hit the weight room i am sure that his athleticism will improve. Not even mention that can grow more too

In terms of NBA potential to me 2 kids have bigest upside
