I'm going to be pissed when Curry becomes a serviceable bench player and we end up signing that Abdul guy.

I think he can be more than a "serviceable bench player". I'm disappointed we didn't get him.

Serviceable bench player? Maybe for Maccabi Tel Aviv.

I think everyone can agree on Wallace, Jackson, Kemba and Okafor occupying the first 4 spots on this list.

However, I'm kind of surprised by the lack of recognition of Jason Richardson here and have to imagine that some folks just forgot about him because, otherwise there is no rational reason for him not to be included on everyone's list.

During the one full year he was here in 2007-2008 he garnered allstar consideration and played all 82 games posting:

21.8 PPG,
44% FG%,
40.6% from beyond the arc
5.5 rebounds
3.1 assists a game.

He holds the highest single season scoring average for any Bobcat and achieved it with higher efficiency than the second place finisher he beat, Stephen Jackson. It's not like the guy was a defensive liability either.

I was frankly pretty disappointed when they dumped him in that Diaw/Bell trade.

Obviously his skills have deteriorated with age over the years but he was a stone cold assassin and skywalker when he was younger.

JRich certainly wont be getting any calls from Springfield for his time here but, lets face it, the talent pool for consideration of the number 5 spot on this Bobcats list isnt much to write home about and during his time here, he was a superior player to both felton and hendo, his main competitors for the final spot.

I was a huge Richardson fan back in the day, but Hendo and Felton go over him due to longevity with the team IMO. I know he was a crazy good three-point shooter while he was here but he played roughly 100 games for us, that's it.
