Quite honestly, dude didn't even care to read league settings and draft order. I agree that it will be very difficult to find a replacement to take over his team next summer when he quits in the middle of the season. It is not only that Hayward might never be good enough to justify #15 overall pick, but as someone else said nobody would have touched him until the 4th round. I understand that he might be from Utah, but come on. Did Breakdown pick Chase Budinger with his first rounder? No.
