7 Questions with Blake Griffin

4. What is the one thing you're looking forward to playing for Doc Rivers as the Clippers new coach?
Doc Rivers has a championship pedigree. The way he coaches the guys, the way he teaches the game and the way he allows his players to play is very freeing for a player. And from everything I’ve heard about him, he’s a completely fair coach, a guy that players really get along with, but at the same time is someone who can really push you.

5. Is "Lob City" over with Doc Rivers?
[laughter] Yeah, we’re going to turn into something else. I don’t know the name yet, but stay tuned.

7. What is difference between your game this season versus last?
Another year of maturity. This is an exciting season for me just because I’ve had a full summer of being healthy and being to work on my game the way I really want to work on it. I’m prepared to put those things to good use through our offense.

Wonder if he's serious about Lob City being over.. I get what the question meant but somehow I don't think Doc will be like 'don't throw lobs'. It'll just be something where not as focused on, which I'm ok with. But if it works, no reason not to do it. Gotta use BG and DJ.
