"We are excited to bring Caron Butler home, Caron is a good man, he's going to provide leadership to our young players and help them develop" Blah blah....
Like I said, I have nothing against Caron, I actually like him, but this move leads me to believe that Hammond and now Morway really are nothing more than puppets for Kohl. This is Kohl's attempt to try and sell a few more tickets and generate local interest for a team that is destined to hover around .500 and battle for that 8th seed and continue to be stuck in NBA mediocrity.
Middleton and Giannis are both young guys that need to get on the floor to develop, and Caron Butler is only going to be taking minutes away from those guys which may lead to an extra 3 or 4 wins?
I'm sure Caron will be active in the community and sign autographs at Pick N Save, but at the end of the day, if this team ever really wants to win a championship, they need to develop their young talent, not bring in guys to eat up their minutes.
middleton will get his minutes wether its at the 2 or 3 are we buck fans the only one that thinks giannis is ready for minutes let alone major minutes some on this board would like,he is a raw as they come and who better than to learn it from than from a great teacher like butler.Let Giannis get used to the NBA life watch n learn put some weight on,work on his shot, his time will come.Butler is only here for 1 year and yet most people in the know say giiannis is so raw that he wont be ready to play for at least 2 years.
Middleton will get his 20 plus minutes a game to show what he has or doesn't have
