so its only 5 fouls in international play and then you are fouled out? I guess that answers my question about why Big V wasn't getting any burn

I dont think that is the case. He seems to be doing/playing great. just not getting the burn i was thinking he would be getting as their clear cut best player.

On paper maybe he is. However, he sure as hell doesn't play like one at the moment. I like him, but I wouldn't call him a clear cut best player. Him, D-Mo and Kleiza are pretty darn close.

To me JV looks slower tbh. It is expected with new gained weight, but I hope he will get quicker.

Exactly. And it's not like he's playing over-weight. He's probably already lost quite a bit of his added weight.

He's going to get slower as his body naturally gets bigger. He's not the lanky, nimble, quick teenager that he was 4 years ago.

He's a freakin 7 footer. Not a guard. All of the greats got slower as their bodies matured. These are big, big men. That's why you have to get craftier & more skilled.

Who needs speed when you can simply punish people in the post. 8-)

Really impressed with those passes out of the post. Nice vision finding the cutter & great job finding the wide open 3 point shooter.

It's not like he was stationary either. Both passes while in the middle of his post move.

Never saw this from him last season. This kid learns so quickly.
