I hated Drew Gooden in Cleveland during the LeBron years, I doubt he's gotten any better especially on the defensive side of the ball. Talk about matador defense.

I remember a game where towards the end the Cavs needed a defensive stop, and during the huddle Lebron (and Mike Brown too, I think) repeatedly tell Gooden "DO NOT JUMP WHEN HE PUMP FAKES !!! STAY ON YOUR FEET !! DO NOT JUMP !!!". The play starts and as soon as the opposing player pump fakes, Gooden jumps like a moron.

Dude is not a bad guy, but his BBIQ is really really low.
In other words, I have nothing against him personally, I just think he'd be a horrible fit for this team.
