This can be taken care of by surgery if wanted im sure, basketball players put a tremendous amount of stress on their feet, not only because of running but also jumping.
They may not look good in sandals but most of them have pretty nice shoe collections...

Holy... I figured they put a lot of stress on their feet, but I didn't know they look model-bad.

I dont' think basketball caused this. LeBron is a freak of nature.

I can see the origin of the crab dribble right there.

That's disgusting. It's kinda looks like his four little toes are useless since they're pushed up so high

Surprised he doesn't have foot problems. Looks like he has a real long foot with real short toes.

Now I got some **** up feet...But it's mostly a skin problem...My toes aren't throwing up gang signs.

Wow...How the hell does he maintain such incredible speed without a pinky or an index toe? I know most of the power from the foot comes from the big toe, but the pinky is pretty got damn important too.

Pinky looks like it fell off and Lebron's 7 year old son tried super gluing it back on to help him out.

Wow, nice hallux valgus and hammer toes. Years of bad non-fitting shoes?

I knew he was a cheater. He only has to jump off 4.5 toes instead of all 5. He doesn't have to deal with the added weight of a full 5th toe. If he was the GOAT like MJ, he'd have perfect, normal looking feet and beat his opponents using all 10 toes.
