Of course Batman wins, Superman wears underwear outside his pants & curls his bangs.

Thats like putting the Raptors vs the Heat.

Batman being the Heat of course

Yes, I went there

Only Batman story I can think of where Superman is tasked with stopping him involves the Joker and the UN. Will say Bats tries punching Superman in the jaw, only to regret that decision.

Batman Begins had a lot of similar elements to Batman: Year One, a great comic story I'd highly recommend.

And Detroit's the closest thing to Gotham, just needs more tall buildings.

There are rumors that the Justice League movie will come out after this. Or maybe after they make Wonder woman and The Flash movies

I just thought that releasing the JL movie after Supes+Bats movie is good since this directly hypes up for the team up. But then I guess releasing Flash and WW first would raise and complete the hype through the ceiling

supposedly ben is signed for 13 appearances as batman too lol

what i read a few months back was they wanted to start the batman superman series and jl series' and then get the new batman movies going with the batman beyond theme. if they go that route and age batman then ben will be fine, otherwise idk what to think. 13 appearances is a lot for something that might suck.

Affleck trying to replace Bale as Batman is going to be similar to when Stuckey tried replacing Chauncey as point guard.

Bales dedication to his roles and the way he transforms his body is impressive. Go watch American Psycho, The Machinest and Batman Begins back to back if you don't know what I'm talking about. But as Batman he's overrated. Solid, but not irreplaceable.

As for Affleck, after getting over my initial shock and horror I am beginning to think he might actually be OK. I thought The Town was pretty good and may actually watch it again this weekend, but iirc he was pretty big and had a little bit of an edge in it. And it's not like this is the type of role/franchise that typically elicits Best Actor nominations.

At this point I'm more concerned with Snyders direction than I am with Affleck. Regardless of who they cast it's going to be damn near impossible for this to live up to Nolan's trilogy with Snyder at the helm.

That's how I felt, I vowed to never see another Ben Affleck movie after that wanna-be "Departed" bank robber movie. I guess Argo was supposed to be good but I refused to see it. I probably won't rush to see this one until I see some good reviews.

So the Town is a wannabe Departed because its set in Boston? If anything its more like Heat than the Departed. Nevertheless it still a good movie.

I felt the suspense made by Affleck's characters double-life and love interest was a rip-off of Leo's character and love interest. The Heat was the opposite, Dinero and Pacino knew exactly who each other were.

De Niro and Pacino didn't play love interest though.

De Niro character in Heat did had a double life with the woman he met in the book store, and he wanted to wanted to run away with her once he finished his big score with his crew just like Affleck's character.

The psych Leo's character was seeing knew he was a trouble man to begin with. They're not the same at all.

I just remembered Miller's The Dark Knight Returns. Not one of my favorites..
