I traded for WB's pick and at the time I was under the impression that WB had the right to swap with East. But it could have been recorded incorrectly. That is how it was recorded.

But since my team is far worse than East I think I should get it.

I can confirm this that a long time ago, East and I traded, with the right for me to swap picks with East. But it's been so long, I don't remember much more about it.
