If tackling drills prevent injury, they should do the drill where they beat each other mercilessly with police batons. We'll have a roster of supermen.

Now that's a training camp I would love to see!

Any word on Burnett and Jones? Or will we not find out until game time?

Honestly this is the least nervous about a first game ive been in a while. I think theyre a 11-5 or 10-6 team with how brutal their schedule is. Doesnt matter though. This Pack team can beat anyone once they get in.

I'm more hyped about this game then any opener I can remember. I think it's because I have no idea how this one is going to turn out. All the signs point to the Niners running all over the Pack....which probably means GB will surprise us with a win. I'm taking GB 31-28. It's not going to be easy.

It's been a long, painful summer for WI sports fans. We need a win in the Bay! Let's go Pack!

N8Frog wrote:Am I the only concerned about the secondary? Hayward likely isn't going to play, Burnett is nursing hammy issues, and Williams finally came back. These guys very well may not be able to finish the game, let alone be rolling at 100%. Hyde is going to be in his 1st NFL Regular Season game. McMillian/Jennings are far from proven at this level. Shields seems to be playing well, but otherwise I just feel there are alot of question marks here. If everyone were healthy, then it'd be a different story.

Fortunately the Niners WR corps have their own question marks. A guy to watch I'm hearing is Quinton Patton though.

Well my concerns were confirmed. And I couldn't have been farther off on Quinton Patton.

The Packers played a good game. I definitely underestimated your DTackles. They were extremely stout against the run this game. Best of luck the rest of the way.
