When did the 8 hour deadline turn into a 6 hour minimum? :D

Jordan Hill is a terrific pick here, kudos to Skai.

Boo Skai!

Jordan Hill was my #2 target after I took Collison at 196. Naturally, he lasts 24 picks and gets sniped 2 picks before my next pick.

I really wish I offered WB 223 instead of 218 way back when...my top targets for BPA were Landry (went 197), Hill (went 220), and Speights (went 217).

Since all of my targets were gone, I thought I'd take a swing at a guy in line to get plenty of minutes.

He will probably destroy my FG%, and Philly will most likely trade/sign some more depth (anyone they get will probably be better than Anderson), but on the off-chance they don't, Anderson should get more minutes than he'd get playing overseas.

It's a good thing you included his position and team information with his name in the draft thread, else I'd have had to look it up.

when I picked Moultrie, I relied on Anderson sucking lol. So that they slide Turner to SG, Young to SF and play Moultrie more and more minutes. That should work better, at least in theory.

That's why I did it. 8-) It's such a generic name, it's easy to get him mixed up and confused with 5 other players. Couple that with the fact that he's been a 12th man since coming into the league, and yeah....it's difficult to place him.

That's the reason I had for not picking him earlier, and the reason I probably could have waited a bit more, but I felt like taking a risk. I do like Thad at SF better as well, but my hope is Anderson starts the season at SG, and Philly will suck so bad that it's going to take awhile to realize that Anderson is sucking it up more than anyone else. It really is a riot discussing all of the "how bad Philly will suck" scenarios.

I was going to say the same thing. I was targeting him at 225. Kaman is fragile and Gasol can also use some rest. Of course I have drafted him a couple times in the past and he ended up doing nothing.

btw I like the Jordan Hill pick as well. I can see him getting around 24 mpg, up from 15 in last season. but his FG% could suffer because D'Antoni will use him as a stretch 4 !!

actually Young plays better at PF, he can somewhat stretch the defense, but James Anderson in theory could be so bad that they wouldn't hesitate to slide Young to SF

I was trying to move up 10 picks to get Jordan Hill -- glad he fell. I like his chances.

Also, the package Luke Ridnour + Brendan Wright/Taj Gibson is available for a trade.

At what time is Insfo late? Give it to me in Eastern.

Is it 4:12? If so I will likely pick in the morning.

Eight hours to the minute. Impressive.

I'm going fishing.

Stick, excellent pick in Ross. I was going to take him at 225 but didn't want all may eggs in one basket.

Hinrich was another guy I considered. I just don't see a lot on minutes in Chicago for him.

I'm liking my team, which means they will probably suck.

PG Damien Lillard
SG Klay Thompson
G Isaiah Thomas
G Jeremy Lamb
SF Danny Granger
PF LaMarcus Aldridge
F Otto Porter
F Derrick Williams
C Greg Monroe
C Nene
BN Jason Terry
BN Greg Oden
BN Nerlens Noel
BN Wesley Matthews
