Genius (especially Wilson). The collective greatness of these boards is simply wasted on the crap teams we follow.

Let's discuss Anthony Gose's grand slam.
9. Similarly, IF THOU HAST SPENT the entire offseason predicting that thy team will stink, thou shalt not gloat, nor even be happy, shouldst thou turn out to be correct. Realistic analysis is fine, but be a fan first, a smug smarty-pants second.

Don't even buy time to get someone up, just take him out. Let them warm up on the mound.

Scioscia has bunted twice now for no reason against a struggling Mark Buehrle and Chad Jenkins, accomplishing nothing and hurting his team both times.

What a manager, though.

This has to be one of the most anemic and pathetic pitching performances of the year. Good lord, are they even trying??

To be fair to Buehrle, he's been pretty damn good for a long time now. I'm willing to chalk it up to just a bad night and nothing more.

Btw, Edwin being shut down?

Blair seems convinced Bautista will be traded, treating it as a foregone conclusion.

Jerry Howarth came on today and raved about Moses Sierra and said he sees him as an everyday player. He was then asked about Colby Rasmus and a long-term contract and he only criticized him about his K rate. It's easy to forget because it's been so long since he played, but Colby was more than making up for his K rate. In fact, he was one of, if not THE, best Blue Jay day in and day out. I found it very odd considering how positive Howarth usually is.
