You do understand it's not guaranteed, right?

With Horford and Milsap Hawks have two bigmen with excellent mid-range shot. Plus Korver. Is it bad idea to bring Evan Turner? Considering rebuilding mode in Philli and MCW presence (he's similar to Evan Turner)

Stevenson's contract isn't even bad.

I think ti would depend on the cost for him.

ET really hasn't done much to impress.

He is a force of nature that cannot be contained or controlled.

Seriously, he's a Solid player with a bad attitude.

And his nickname is Ivan the Terrible...

Hustle type who fans always love. He's strong as an ox with a good jump shot. Dominique Wilkins calls him "9-to-5" because he always comes to work. He has a good game, is very professional about developing his game and knowing how to play.

Anger problems. Has to be helped down from an angry high, sometimes.

I think that ET can be good fit here. He can create his own shot. Plus Williams, Brand are here.

I agree. In a system like ours Evan would make a good secondary ball handler and wing defender.
Think Boris Diaw in San Antonio.

We have to start viewing players as the Spurs do. Not on pure one on one talent, but instead on how their skill set fits into our system. How their personality fits into our culture.

ET is a solid, team oriented young player who could thrive under our new found structure and benefit from our player development.

And if Jenkins or Korver is a starter, we need a wing next to them who can handle the ball and play solid defense.

I like Manu-ET comparision. Two guards with handle, pass, developing mid-range, long range shooters (Manu had to work his jumper at the begining of his SAS career as well). Korver, Jenkins are excellent 3pt shooters. Milsap and Horford has godd mid-range game (Milsap has reliable 3pt shot as well), Lou and Teague are solid scorers.

You mean, why come to a team that's made the playoffs for 6 straight seasons?

IDK. Because being on a consistently solid team(Hawks) is better than being on a doormat, last place team(76ers).
It's not like the Hawks are the Bobcats or the Kings.

A bigger question is when did Pacer fans become so emboldened they feel the need to go to other teams' boards and start instigating fights?

I thought you guys were above the nonsense that Knicks, Heat and Lakers fans like to participate in...bragging on your own team while needlessly putting other teams down.

Why would we want to ruin our team by bringing Turner to Atlanta? Turner is bad, and he's already 24, near the prime of his career.

Finally Asik demanded a trade from the Rockets (it took towo weeks to get to that point).

Sholud we go after him?

I believe we should, provided we do not trade Horford.

What players could we offer, considering Asik is on his rookie contract?
