Pierce by an enormous margin.
SamIam 2010: Truth's ability to play so incredibly efficiently is so UNDERAPPRECIATED. Bballcool 2012: Amazing how great Pierce has been for so long. Continues to defy age! KG 2013: P is original Celtic. Wherever he goes, we go. This is The Truth's house.

I'm going with Pierce as well (yes - based on my handle you could guess that I am probably biased). Had a career year in rebounding and assists last year at age 35, still scored 18.6ppg on 55.9% true shooting plus 3 trip dubs. His per 40 min numbers were 22.2/7.6/5.7 ... Clearly All Star numbers. Spent the majority of the year as the team's #1 option and only offensive playmaker being the primary focus of the opposing team's defense every night.

FWIW ESPN put out a list of the projected top SF's next year based on some advanced stats including WARP. It lists Pierce as the #2 SF in the league behind Durant (apparently the author is listing LeBron and Melo as PF's due to playing more minutes at that position last year). People are just going nuts in the comments.

Ex, here is the writeup on PP for you buddy:

"Pierce is entering a contract year, and at 36 years old, he may not have many more of those. He's aged remarkably well, though you can see in the projections of Durant and Pierce the gap in value between a borderline All-Star and an MVP candidate. Pierce has hit double digits in WARP in each of the past three seasons, but it remains to be seen how he'll fit into the new hierarchy in Brooklyn. ATH sees Pierce retaining his efficiency and more, with an uptick in true shooting percentage from .559 to .592. However, the system sees a 4.4 percent drop in usage rate as he'll have less to do in the stacked Nets lineup."

Great stuff, Ptruth34.

As usual, our first ballot HOFER is being underrated in spite of irrefutable/undeniable facts like the ones you posted. I will add that if you only look at his post-ASG/post-Rondo injury numbers, his stats rival those of freaking LeBron (except for PPG) = 18.8 - 48.5% - 42.5% - 6.2 RPG - 5.6 APG - THREE Trip Dubs = All Pro numbers.

Even turning age 36 next month, only Bron, KD & Melo in their primes rank ahead of him amongst SFs. His efficiency will be even more spectacular in 2013-2014 because 1) he is now playing on a stacked team; 2) he does not have to be a **** pseudo-point guard; & 3) hopefully his pinched cervical nerve (which he played through all last season & which flared during the POs) has mended.

He may not make Top 25 on this list which is freaking ridiculous. Amazingly, at age 35-36, he is EASILY STILL a Top 15-20 NBA baller. At least regarding SFs, only Bron, KD & Melo were ranked already. Paul George is definitely a young up and comer - but he still only carries the Truth's jock strap.
