I guess if he's ready for training camp, then it's not so bad but unfortunately, his ankles have become problematic in recent years so hopefully this doesn't turn into anything recurring.

He's like strong man's Steph Curry with this **** lol.

Damn it Dwill, if you got the surgery to clean your ankles out you probably would have been on the shelf right now, so this couldn't have happened.

Hoping this is the last of ankle problems we hear about regarding to him. They've been pretty frequent for him and it got pretty ugly some of last year. As a former athlete in a couple of sports, I can say with confidence that ankles are by far the most annoying injury thing to deal with.

He should be fine, I just hope it doesn't keep being a recurring thing. Every team deserves health.

Whatever happened to that surgery he was suppose to get in the off-season?

He said he didn't need to have it.

LOL, he's no better than Steph Curry at this point.

I really hope this isn't serious, like it was last year when he could barely move for most of the season. If we get that same D-Will, this is going to be an irritating (and disappointing) season.

I've learned to accept that we're never going to get Utah D-Will, if only because he's ALWAYS getting banged up, to the point where his play gets severely diminished, and it's happening with much more regularity than it did in Utah.

Deron is the one player we can't afford to lose...We are at least two deep at every other position but PG.

Our Achilles' heel might end up being Deron's ankle.

this was true last year. i dont think its true this year. i think livingston would be fine running the show for this team. we have plenty of scoring to make up for a dwill injury.

unless he wet down for the year/playoffs we'd be fine. Garnett is really the guy i most wouldnt want to see go down for extended time.

It makes sense if he is returning by start of training camp, otherwise this would have been too quick of a return.

So he is basically one of those dogs you need to put a cone on so they can't gnaw on their stitches.

The scary thing is...I feel like we've actually been lucky the last couple of years with regards to his health. For as banged up as he's been...he hasn't been forced to miss many games. He missed 11 games in 2012, but most of them were at the end of the year and were more personal choice than actual injury, and he only missed 4 games this year. I mean, he's due to miss a big stretch of games at some point, right?

Ugh.
