So the bucs bench freeman. Here's the thing, I like the move if its true he lost the team, I hate the move for putting in a sub-par QB. I don't see Glennon that good. He does have a good set of receivers, maybe they make him look good and schiano keeps his job.

If they don't, I don't see how schiano and freeman are not gone next season. That locker rooms been a mess and you have to look towards the coach then the QB IMO.

I think Freeman is definitely gone after this year, his rookie contract is done

We better beat Oakland. 0-4 going into the bye would basically mean football is dead to me until 2014.

The Giraffe starting for the Bucs means one of two things:

1. We see the end of the Freeman era in Tampa (if there really ever was one).

-OR-

2. Greg Schiano gets fired by Monday morning.

Oh, and if the Giants go INTO Arrowhead and beat the Chiefs for the first win of the season, I will officially have no clue how this team operates.

I actually have the Giants over the Chiefs as my upset pick of the week. Call me crazy but I think this is the week that David Wilson finally gets loose.

If Glennon is ever to have a successful game, it's Arizona this week. They're down four linebackers with Alexander, Acho and Okafor all going on IR this week and Washington still suspended. Plus, Rashad Johnson is short half a finger at safety.

I've never hidden my derision for Glennon, go look at the "Ask Jeff Risdon A Question" thread in the draft forum or check out my Twitter timeline from this morning. And despite all that, I applaud the decision. Greg Schiano knew he was never going to win with Josh Freeman and he needs to see if Glennon can be the man. Had he stuck with Freeman they were both going down with the ship. Now Schiano at least has a chance to save himself.

I picked TB, I like the concept of the one-game lift with the replacement QB a la what Cleveland got last week with Hoyer or when TJ Yates filled in for Schaub. Everyone else raises their play because they know they're dead otherwise.

It wouldn't shock me at all if the Giants won in Arrowhead. Those are always the type of games they play well in, when everyone has them dead and buried.

Then the next week they lose to like the Cardinals at home or something.

Different week, same story for the Niners. WR's are winning their matchups. VD needs to make a couple big plays to jumpstart the passing game.

The niners are not good.

I understand the response is they are missing players. But the response to that is everyone was slobbing their knob over their depth.

I'd love to see them keep imploding because when they do, Harbaugh will completely lose his **** at some point, and thats enjoyable for everyone.
