Jovetic just signed with City, I don't see him leaving any time soon. I hope they stop losing talent. They can only maintain this level while reloading with young talent for so long.

You guys are a little too pessimistic. 90% of the players in the Bundesliga would probably kill to join Dortmund. And if they remain a knockout stage team in the CL players from foreign countries will come too like Auba and the Armenian.

Their financial situation is cool,. they must have reserves from last year. They might not be able to compete with the big players for the top talent but thats not Klopps thing anyway. He wants to take players to the next level instead of getting the best players.

They are not going down like Wolfsburg or Stuttgart did a few years back.because Dortmund has far more quality players than these two teams had.

The situation isnt perfect but.they.wanted.it like this.by refusing.to.sell.

Shouldve sold.in the summer. Bayern probably wouldve given them at least 15mil. €.

Yeah Dortmund dropped the ball. Hope it doesn't create a bad environment now in the locker room

Or they could expect Lewa to continue being a professional the way he has the whole time and make more money by winning the league and doing better in europe. *shrug*

Well it is not like the situation is a surprise. It is knows quite some time that Lewa is going to Bayern. Dortmund knew it, Bayern knew it and all the players as well.

Yay, finally a win. Good game yesterday. Schedule looks easier after we get Dortmund and Frankfurt behind us... if we can then stop making dumb mistakes and loosing games we should easily win, the season could become fun.

Re: Dortmund. I think they misplayed the Lewandowski situation, but I can see why they insisted on keeping him as long as possible. I would've sent him to Munich before the season, for a very hefty sum. Anyway, Dortmund can find replacements. They are good enough at developing talent and can offer both playing time and money. Volland is a prime candidate, but also Patrick Hermann and Max Kruse from Gladbach, Ginter and Baumann from Freiburg, Müller from Mainz... to cover just some young talent from lower tier Bundesliga teams.

Lewa is as professional a player as you'll find, and the team have already given him a raise to make up for not letting him leave. Dude's not gunna start doing anything other than what he's always done and Dortmund will make a lot more money off of this season than the 10-15 mil they might've squeezed out of Bayern.

Max Kruse is a rocket. Best player of the season so far.

He is taking his amazing form of last season to new heights this season. 7 games in 4 goals, 5 assists.

If the NT plays with a striker in Brazil and it's not Kruse, that'll be only because of Loew's incompetentce.

We need to invest big time in the winter or we'll be relegated. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

And I don't want to see Okazaki ever again in a Mainz 05 jersey.

I'm watching the spartak and zenit game, and this has been very open and fun to watch, a nice follow up to the Schalke-Hoppenheim tilt-a-whirl.
