Rick Bonnell ‏@rick_bonnell 59m

Clifford says other than Jefferson and MKG, no Bobcat has "been even average in rebounding."

Bobcats Media Day is today. Coach Clifford on Al Jefferson: "You have a place to go(now) when the game is on the line."

seriously. i've had problems with matt rochinski for years. get someone who actually knows what they're doing to interview these players. i get that he's a good guy, team player, big bobcats fan. but he does EVERYTHING wrong as a media video guy. comically bad at holding the mic, (not exaggerating) 90% of his questions are the thoughtless "talk about..." kind of crap that produces endless clichés. i have skipped watching interviews on the website that i would otherwise be very excited to see just because he's giving them. give this man other assignments and get a real pro to do the on-camera stuff, for god's sake.

Agreed - he's painful to watch and the questions are so 'friggin fluffy.

BTW - love Adrien as a player & person. love the new 'do. He's now 6'10"

Sounds about right - he didn't talk specifics, but I think he had Dunlap in mind. He doesn't come off as a bad guy, but does come off as a vet who's been around the block. Reading between the lines, I think he's happy having veteran front court talent. Joked a bit about getting Al to kick out to him from double teams. BTW - yep - time for a new avatar.

other than the awesome live video feed (which would have been perfect if i wasnt at work) surprised at how little info is coming out so far from media day.
