Good pick. I was hoping maybe he would slide for awhile.

Arch, I'm terrible at this. After the first couple of picks I've been clueless. Don't know whether to draft for position or category.

Gonna go for Wes Matthews.

I thought I did pretty well, my rebounds and blocks are taken care of now.
I'm wary of Gasol, I've got a feeling that his FG% is gonna be terrible with D'Antoni making him take too many jumpers.

Yeah, you and I had a very similar strategy (until I changed my mind). As far as Gasol goes, I think he is more likely to revert his fg% to 50%+ like before last year, because he will not take as many jumpers, and will basically play the Amare role in D'Antoni's offense. I know there has been some mention of him playing PF, but I don't think there will be too many times with him and Kaman on the floor, knowing D'Antoni. I expect his rebounding #s and fg% to go way up from last year, more in line with prior years (and maybe even better with no other good bigs around and it being a contract year).

Good luck dude, I'm gonna win tho ;)

We'll see, but it was nice to see this article today. :D http://www.csnhouston.com/rockets/pau-g ... ocid=yahoo

It can kind of suck at this point. You put a couple of guys on your list and then they go like 5-10 picks before you pick, then you figure out a backup plan, and finally, by the time you pick, you are at like plan G.

This is the biggest league I've done (usually do 12 team leagues), and it's both annoying and fun at the same time. I feel like I'm sitting around waiting, crossing my fingers to make sure people don't pick certain players.

Me too, and I usually do live drafts, so that makes it tougher....wait 10 hours to watch someone take your guy, and then another few hours and watch it happen again.

Yeah, I'm used to live drafting too. This is just making me anxious. At least 2k14 ships this week. Anyone else ever set up their fantasy teams on there or is that just going too far?

With so many teams tanking this year, it also puts a new spin on strategy. Will vets on teams going young play the whole year and get as many minutes as otherwise? Then of course it makes you more willing to risk picks on the younger guys on those teams. But in my mind it does kind of destroy the value of some vets.

That was one of my concerns with Al Jefferson. Being a vet and their best player on the team, I can see him sitting out the last month of the season. The bobcats aren't as bad as previous years, but I feel they will eventually go back to their tanking ways when their season looks grim. I hope they won't try to lose the last 20 or so games of the season again

It doesn't concern me as much with him. I was thinking more like Jameer Nelson or Gortat. I think Charlotte desperately wants to win.

Man... I made a lot of my picks based on what picks were made in the premier league, assuming certain players would fall for me to pick them up, lol.
We should do a redraft!

I've been using the premier league as a guide as well. Hope we don't overtake them soon.
