I'm no Lebron fan, but I loved watching him dominate Rose a few years back. How anyone could think Rose is a threat to 'Bron is beyond me. What he has been, to this point in his career, is just a scaled down version of James. Rose has similar explosiveness, but just less strength and worse court vision. His only real chance to rival James is if he significantly improves his shooting.
With all this "shutting down" rose still avg 25ppg on a bad ankle. With all this "shutting down" when lebrin was in Cleveland and they played the bulls rose avg 27 ppg. You people don't know basketball you heard some analyst say this and you heat fans ran with it without researching the facts.
The facts is the bulls starting sg avg 4.6ppg Korver was useless boozer and deng was ghost and all the heat did was pack the lanes and take away rose ability to drive to the basket forcing him to take tough shots with no floor spacing if you actually watched what was happening you would know that rose still got where he wanted vs lebron but every time rose would get by bron the heat were able to send help mainly because the heat defense where cherry picking off deng brewer Booz Korver and bogans. He 1 dude he can't do it by himself.
So the heat defense slowed rose not lebron. This is why the very next series Jason terry was eating lebron food because the heat couldn't do the same thing based on Dallas floor spacing with they 3pt shooting. You think terry is a better offensive player than rose?
