^^I love how Pep is "drinking" beer as if it is some vile tasting medicine :D But then, the only real Bavarians at FCB Bayern are Schweini, Müller, Badstuber and Contento, so only they really know how to drink a Maß

Kobe's favorite teams:

FC Barcelona
AC Milan
Bayern Munich

If Kobe ever posted on RealGM, he would be one of those post 2010 Heat accounts who already proclaims Lebron the GOAT.

He was a patient of their team doctor Müller-Wohlfahrt a few times due to his knees so you get where the connection is coming from...but it's still funny.

Actually, Kobe is jumping ship. That cryo therapy he uses is from Bayer Leverkusen. But then, he is not striving to finish 2nd all the time :)

For the upcoming Ireland game, Jogi has nominated the not-fit-yet Mario Götze, much to the ire of Uli Hoeneß. After suffering heavy losses due to injury (Klose, Gomez, Schmelzer, Reus, Gündogan, Poldi, both Benders), our projected XI looks like this:

Neuer - Lahm, Boateng, Mertesacker, Höwedes (Jansen) - Khedira, Schweinsteiger – Müller, Kroos, Özil – Kruse

Seeing Jansen on the left side would be so odd. The last time I watched him play was vs Bayern (2:9), Arjen Robben did some things to him that violated the UN human rights declaration

He will be good.enough against Ireland...but we should.find different alternatives...I would.rather play a midfielder at lb in an important game than Jansen

Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, the CEO of Bayern Munich, leaked in an interview with the German newspaper Sport Bild, that Bayern's revenue last season was over €400m ($545 million, last year was €332m) and kit sales are over 1m.

Furthermore it is the 21st straight year without a loss.

Combine that with the low debt (which will be soon €0) and do the math yourself...

Has anybody followed the discussion to play Lahm as a DM in the NT as well?

Comedy at it's absolute best. Random discussion about moving a world class full back to defensive midfield in the NT just because Lahm is currently doing it in Munich because of the absence of Martinez, Thiago and a not 100% Schweinsteiger?
We don't even have another proven quality player who can play right back.
And in the midfield we have...Schweinsteiger, Gündogan, Kroos, Khedira and Bender for only two spots available if we continue to play 4-2-3-1.

Yeah ultimately that's where the conversation becomes idiotic. Lahm is arguably the best fit we have for a Biscuits like holder in a pep style 4-3-3/4-1-4-1, but the gaping hole at FB isn't worth moving away from a double pivot to play lahm in midfield.

I really hope that this lineup won't happen cause that would mean Özil playing on the wings with Kroos playing as well and that's not a good idea.

I'd rather have Löw playing Draxler, Sam or even Schürrle instead of Kroos so that Özil can play in the middle, which is his best position.

BTW: Kruse possibly starting for the NT. Dude's making a one leap after another and now has a great chance to even make it to the world cup.
What a great get he was for us for those 2.5 mil euros. :D

There's a "discussion" about that?

Honestly, the little dude should keep playing right back or left back, cause that's his best position and there's no need to create a big hole on both sides(even with Schmelzer we've got a problem on the left side) of our back four.

Why play him there when you have Khedira and Gundogan? Even with the Benders and Schweni injuries, you guys got enough depth to not have to move Lahm

If Germany wins (22 points, +21), we are definitely in. If we don't, Sweden (17 points, +6) could overtake us if they win their next game vs Austria and...

... we draw vs IRL and Sweden wins by e.g. 7-0 or more vs us (goal differential > direct matchup)
... we lose vs IRL and then lose the final SWE-GER game

So basically, a draw is enough, but I would feel better if we simply do the right thing and win.

Löw said he might play Lahm as a midfielder if several midfielders are injured.

And in the past few days many sports websites have discussed this although there is nothing to discuss. The dropoff at RB would be far more concerning than the dropoff in the DM if Schweinsteiger or Khedira are injured.

Thomas Müller saying City strikers Dzeko and Agüero grabbed a deckchair when Bayern was in possession of the ball instead of helping on defense.
