Is the premium one worth it? pretty much adding nba tv and the 'video vault' both of which you can get most of on youtube at some point but then you get home/away announcers (which could be pretty good - no more listening to those horrible announcers in places like houston or charlotte off the top of my head.).

Im leaning towards the standard one, international nba tv never shows any of the main stuff anyway.
prem is initially US$270 and standard is US$220 but an email gave me 10% off standard or 15% off premium, so i think itll be approx US$198 for standard or US$230 for prem. and i dont see nba tv being worth $30.

Mind sharing the discount code? I don´t think the premium will be worth it either but since it says that you should get that if you plan on watching from your apple TV (it doesn´t say PREMIUM for you xbox live..) I´m probably just gonna bite the bullet on the premium.

Wasn't really impressed with the premium offer so I went ahead and ordered the regular one.

197 $ with the discount code here in Sweden. Wish I remembered how much it was last year.

I wish they still had that team pass. It was cheaper than the regular pass and i don't have much time to watch other teams besides the knicks anyways.
too many urkels on your team, that's why your wins low

The home & away announcers seem really tempting to pay extra for but IDK if its worth it..
My lifetime better have a Knicks championship.

I paid $90 last year after discount. This year they want $130. And then you click on the link in the promo email and it's $140.

As a Sixers fan I'll be paying about $10/win. Not really worth it.

Have a question about International League pass monthly subscriptions this year.

The monthly price is $19.99 USD per month, but unlike last year, where it was something like $44USD per month for 5 months, this year it doesn't say how long it is for. My assumption is that it's a 12-month subscription as that would bring the overall price you pay to about $30 higher than the season fee (that just makes sense) but my fear is that the damn thing is a continuous thing that never ends!!!!

Is anyone able to shed any light on this?

Still looking for answer on how the monthly payments are structured, if anyone knows.

I've emailed them but I'm not confident on getting an answer...

Itll match up to what the total price is. So see if the monthly price x12 is the total price. It wont be extra to pay by month

premium has home and away announcers... great...

btw do we pay more if we choose monthly payments?
At certain moments, always unforeseen, I become happy…
I look at strangers near as if I had known them all my life…
everything fills me with affection…
It may be an hour before the mood passes,
but ultimately I seem to understand

In my country it's 200$ for the premium and I only have the option for 15% discount, that's too much money for me :(

Wish I had a way to pay less :-?
Please excuse my bad English, this is not my native language :)

If you use a discount on a monthly payment, does it only discount the first month or will it discount every month? There doesnt seem to be any way to find out other than actually doing it, and if it didnt work that would suck

I finally got a response from NBA LP about the structure of the monthly payments - it seems that it is basically continuous until it is cancelled, whether that is 1 year or 9 years. It is not, as I suspected, a yearly subscription. Just thought there may be someone out there who could use this information.

See response below:

Hello,

If you got an NBA Monthly Pass the account will last 30 days from the date of purchase at which point you will be charged for the next month of services until you cancel.

You can cancel the account at anytime all you have to do is contact us through Email, we will be more than happy to assist you in the matter. If you have any more questions please let us know.

Thank You

How is the image quality of ilp. I dont have cable and would like to check out a few teams. $189 for broadband only is a ripoff with all the blackouts in the US.

Paid $240 for the premium league pass, 3rd straight season getting ILP and wouldn't look anywhere else. Worth every cent, seriously you can watch any game whenever you want!

You know it's not just about which version of league pass you subscribe to that affects the blackouts, but (where LP thinks) you're accessing it from, right?

I plan on purchasing the UK version which doesn't have blackouts. I read the faq on the ilp site already. UK seems to be one of the highest cost ilp's subscriptions. However, with all the good games on ESPN, TNT, and NBA TV it's worth the price.

Plus you can pay with Paypal. 8-)

I just need to know about the feed quality.

I'm just saying if you are in the US, you'll still be subject to US blackouts even if you're logged into the UK version (without taking extra steps).

But to answer your question the quality is quite good as long as you have a stable internet connection.
