But to answer your question the quality is quite good as long as you have a stable internet connection.

You cant even access the ilp page to order without "taking extra steps."

Thanks for the feedback though. I am going to go with the monthly subscription just to play it safe.

its a huge ripoff and really irks me that they don't have a broadband only option w/ a reasonable price

Pulled the trigger on the monthly subscription. Quality is better than what cable offers. No blackouts is nice.

Wish I had a way to pay less :-?

Make a quick visit to a country like India or Brazil and buy it from there for less than half of that price.

Or better yet - use a proxy server if you know what you're doing.

Personally I think £141 is still a good deal for every single regular season game plus playoffs live and archived..

It is, in a sense. We're just spoiled now by the availability of games.

Back in the day I used to jump at the chance to pay £10 to Pontel to receive 2 games on a VHS tape a week after they'd happened.

€213/$288 for the premium package (before discount) here in the Netherlands... they gotta be kidding me, it's ridiculous.

I agree, same price here in Belgium, I can't believe it ever being this high ..

Adding NBAtv is nice, but it's still a lot of money .. Especially when you compare it with other major sports. This season I've also bought an NFL Game Pass (€150) and last season I had an MLB.tv subscription (approx €100), both a lot cheaper.

Alright, I subscribed for the premium package, it's gonna be a temporary solution (I'm thinking about getting a Slingbox) and it works just fine, but where the heck do I switch announcers?

aynone with league pass PREMIUM how do you switch to home announcers?
At certain moments, always unforeseen, I become happy…
I look at strangers near as if I had known them all my life…
everything fills me with affection…
It may be an hour before the mood passes,
but ultimately I seem to understand

no more space in sig

Probably can't until the regular season. It won't be just announcers, it will be a whole different broadcast. In the pre-season not all of the games are even being televised at all, let alone being televised by both the home and away team.

Sony just launched NBA gametime for PS3. Anyone tested ILP on PS3?

Lagging as hell now, even at 1600 kbps
I thought this issue would be over once the free preview finished. :x

Is it me or the image quality at 3000 kbps is significantly down from last season?
