Now only if he could tell Reggie to stop trying to score himself when he gets an offensive rebound.

i want reggie to be aggressive offenively. him missing 2 free throws might look bad in the box score, but it also puts the opponent in foul trouble/the bonus, which is underrated. he is also a much better offensive player when he is aggresive instead of shooting out of necessity as we saw during that stretch last year when the coahces told him he needs to shoot more. not that he is good offensively or i want him shot jacking, but he needs to try and score when he has the ball in the paint/restricted area.

It's better for us if Reggie gets an offensive rebound and sends it back out to reset the possession rather than trying to score himself. Whenever he tries to score himself, he'll either get blocked easily or fouled. If he gets fouled, he's a **** free throw shooter so that's not a very good possession really.

Exactly.

He thinks it's cute since fans cheer after he does it but it's not. You would think after he got into an argument with Deron about it, he would see it hurts more than helps a posessesion. He still wants to stat pad.

id rather him draw a foul then kick it out. i want to get into that bonus quicker. its still 1 point if he goes to the FT line and he does make 60% of his shots at the rim.

lets not make it out like he misses every shot and every FT

There are times where he'll get swarmed in the paint and still try to put up the shot, resulting in a TO, a blocked shot, or FTs which he'll likely miss. That's stupid. Kick it out at that point.

I have no problem if he grabs the rebound and quickly puts it back up for 2 points before the defense can recover and swarm him. But that happens so rarely.

if he draws a foul and both FT's thats still a good possesion in my mind. getting the other teams bigs in foul trouble is a good thing.

plus its not like he is a 0% FT shooter. he wont miss both FT's every trip. and makes alot more of those layups then people like to admit
