On top of all he did say he would lead the NBA in rebounding during his career, those who are competitive will know, never get in the way of a man on a mission.
His mindset is great. We know he goes out there and tries to destroy the opposition every night, but he simply doesn't have the skills yet. He's had the starting spot for most of his career but he's still raw as hell. He's some time away from being a legit big man. His D is improving, his rebounding is improving, but let's not jump the gun with Sanders and Chandler comparisons. He's not getting those kinds of minutes this year and he really probably shouldn't.
