Trading Our Prospects

Is there team in the NBA that would take our "prospects" (Plumlee, Taylor, Toko)? Right now, It's sad to see that D-league player (chris Johnson) is showing off any of those 3 players. I think Chris Johnson is worth making a roster space for him. Big part of the reason though is I want us to replace TT. I really do think we gave him enough chances to change his game but it seems that he clearly just does not get it. Roddy Beaubois who is still a prospect and a much more talented version of TT is still up for grabs in the FA. Yeah he is also a chucker but I think he is twice of a player Taylor can become.

So do you think anyone would take our prospects(bums)?

we dont really have prospects... we have garbage 2nd round talent that all cant shoot and have enormous flaws in their games. i dont see what we could get for those guys, other then maybe a future 2nd round pick. i honestly dont think there would be interest in any of the 3. why give a second rounder for a bum when you can use it and hopefully get lucky and find someone who can play?

maybe we can get someone elses 2nd round scrub d-league cast away?

either way, im onboard with moving taylor. but no need to trade him just cut him

I was thinking of plugging in Plumlee with TT. I mean Plumlee definitely have some type of value since he was drafted first round.

I wouldn't trade Plumlee or Toko.

I doubt Plumlee has much value, he's mid-2nd round talent that King reached on cause of the Duke connection, pretty disgusting to be quite honest.

I'd imagine you could combine Plumlee, Ty and maybe Toko or Anderson and get an overpriced vet with 2 or 3 more years of salary on a team who's really cost conscience and shallow, so they'd take a 3 for 1 which makes sense monetarily and at least gives them a touch of upside and depth.

Any package to get a decent player would have to include Teletovic because we're aren't getting anything with the other two. Plumlee might get interest since he can be a cheaper version of Humphries once he gains experience.

I have no problem right now with anyone on this roster but Tyshawn and his unbelievable tunnel vision. So, I'd rather waive him or send him to a team with cap space for draft rights. We should be calling Chicago and finding out what it would take to get Marcus Teague.

Yall can have Brendan Haywood for Plumlee and Shengelia. He may not help you right out of the gates (because he's hurt), but he'll help you guys in the playoffs.

Yeah, that's true. He had some nice moves in his youtube highlights so, a change of system with a team full of weapons might suit him well. He is also still young and I really would rather have him than Taylor.

Shannon Brown might also be a good look for us. Gives us athleticism and good at the off-ball scoring.

That's not the issue with Marshall, he can actually excel pushing it uptempo, the issue is he can't guard a chair and has no quickness to properly breakdown a defense while being an abysmally inefficient scorer and finisher, let alone an overall suspect jumper.

He's very much like Marcus Williams without all the off court baggage, I'd imagine he gets another shot or two and if he can't somehow improve his speed(whether through training or PED's) he'll wind up having a successful career in Europe on higher level teams as a starter.

He's kind of like Kidd entering the league without the defense and athleticism. Yeah, I'd probably take Marshall as a 3rd stringer. The only problem is would he get the same looks in college? A lot more length in the NBA and that could take away his lanes, especially when they can relax on him since he can't shoot. Is him having to develop a stroke worth the trouble of having since he can't really play on the other end?
