I'd hate to put a fork in Clemson already, but giving up a big time play like that is an absolute demoralizer. Terrible open field tackling.

And it's over. Time to flip over to the Sox/Tigers game.

I just flipped on the end of Arkansas/Bama and right before they ripped off an 80 yard TD run to make it 52-0, there was a stat they put up: Tonight, Alabama did not allow a sack, commit a penalty, turn the ball over, nor allow a point.

That's goddamn impressive.

Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, A&M and now LSU all upset in one day.

Again, the SEC is a mess.

The SEC East is a mess with all the injuries and poor defensive play (Missouri is better than people think, though). The West is still the best division in the country IMO. Bama is in a league of their own and LSU/A&M can go punch-for-punch with anyone.

I remember at one point hoping Georgia would be able to play Clemson again in the National Championship game.

At least the rematch is still alive for the Chick-Fil-A bowl. Georgia may not be able to field enough players on offense for a bowl game, though.

great day in college football. insane how there's 1 weekend about every year where a ton of upsets happen to clear out a bunch of contenders for the title.

i think he's the best player in college and probably deserves it again, that defense is lower than dogsh*t. but this 2nd loss probably takes him out of it unfortunately. probably winston or mariota's to lose now.

petty should be getting more consideration but people are probably just looking at baylor saying it's the system. they're the most underrated team atm imo

yea i don't think 2 loss qb wins it this year. i would give it to winston so far, petty coming second.

baylor is a legit contender, but there is a chance there might be as many as 5 unbeaten bcs teams this season and b12's unbeaten not going to get a chance over others.

They're going to be ranked 6-8 with Buffalo being the best team they've played. I don't think they have anything to complain about.

It's going to stay that way too.

It is, and every team has significant issues (mostly youth) that when exposed are difficult to overcome.

Alabama appears to be elevating their play.
