Hayward shouldn't be getting anymore than $7M/yr. I think if Utah signs him to an 8-figure per year deal, they're shooting themselves in the foot. He hasn't proven to be a capable first option on any team, even one that missed the playoffs, and wasn't ever even a second option. He's a really good three-point shooter and a better defender than most people think but he is not close to being a $12M/yr player.

Semi-off-topic: Utah's fans are huge homers on the Trade board. I got laughed at for even putting Henderson in the same discussion as Hayward contract-wise, even though they are very similar players. Hendo may not be the better shooter, but he's the better scorer and a better defender as well. Hayward may have the better future since he's significantly younger, but nothing he's done separates him from the Wilson Chandlers and Gerald Hendersons on the league.

Completely disagree. Henderson is no where near as good as Hayward in my opinion. Hayward is potentially a better defender due to his versatility on the defensive end as well. I'd give him 9 mill +

i was trying to figure that out myself. anything that will make it easier to see bobcats games is awesome. it's hard to imagine a professional sports team in the US that was harder to see the past few seasons.

dont know how the streaming will impact NBA league pass, probably have loads of ads that the NBA will profit from, but i would think Ad blocker will stop that unless they make it where the stream doesn't work with ad block on

Noel probably has the most potential of the draft class, but i think he also is most likely to bust and become another Hasheem Thabeet

I wonder what Nuggets fans reactions are to them wanting to trade Faried? I think he's a pretty good player.

I'm highly considering getting league pass (no cable). If anyone finds out the answer this would be great. I don't want to have to go through the hassle of using a VPN in order to fool nba.com that I don't live in NC. If they let me stream locals games through league pass I'd be ecstatic.

Saw on ESPN where it will be for people that already get the game on TV.

For example, if you have a channel that carries the game it will be available on broadband or whatever as well, and will have a thing for you to log in to view the game.

He's definitely more of an NBA player than Adrien. Bonnell can suck my left nut, that fool is probably still butthurt that we didn't draft Len.

Don't know if this was posted...

@hoopshype: Mavs waive Fab Melo. Three teams in one year for the No. 22 pick in the 2012 draft. Doesn't look good.

Steven Adams and Jeremy Lamb both look pretty good in this game against the Bulls.

Some interesting stat lines last night. Adams continues to have a very solid preseason, Knick fans gotta love Bargs' 1 reb in 25 minutes, Gobert with 12 boards and 5 blocks (and only 1 foul) in 20 min, and Favors putting up numbers to match his dollars - 24/17.

I have a feeling that Gobert is going to be better than a lot of people think. He's better than Ajinca ever was.
