When will the Glazers or GM Dominik step up and fire Schiano?

Schiano needs to be fired. The team has no respect for him whatsoever. These aren't college kids that you can yell at and scare by treating to take their scholarships away.

The ultimate sign that he has no control of this team and he does not prepare his team to play was the terrible start to the first game of the season. They had a safety on their first possession on the season, think about that. The team looked absolutely confused, as if there had been no preseason, like they just showed up together for the first time. It was an embarrassment. Oh and it cost them the game. Now they just had over 100 yards in penalties, what does that say about the coach?

Horrible mistake signing this guy, to think that I liked him at first.

I liked him at first too, but once he started hating on Freeman for no reason, I knew something was up. Hopefully he gets fired this weekend or next week. The Bucs play in two days, a Thursday game vs the Panthers. He'll at least survive this week.

If there was to be a firing, then friday would probably be the best time to do it.

IT IS INEVITABLE.

If their was a poll centered around current season ticket holders, I would assume that the majority would not mind at all if the Bucs made a move.

This team has, excuse me "had", better talent than what is being shown.
