Wall's a good player but he doesn't seem to have the floor generalship of true PG's. He plays more like a guy in a streetball game that chooses to control the rock than a guy groomed and trained to play the position. Good player tho.

Good comparison. You can get back to your incessant whining now over a preseason game.

If that's the case, he's been screwing around all preseason. And I think there's something to that. Everybody coasts in preseason. You're just trying to get back into basketball shape. With Booker and Ariza in the lineup, we need John to shoot a little more than he should from the perimeter.

Pretty disappointed in Wall. We've seen Wall go through stretches like this before so hopefully he bounces back once the real season starts.

Randy must have said something after that last time out because their defensive intensity definitely lifted. The offense is still a mess though. Preseason or not, Wall needs to wake the **** up.

The thing is, Wall is just doing everything opposite of last season. His playmaking has always been there, its been atrocious the last two games. I understand players don't particularly like the pre season, but we can't get all happy about beal without criticizing wall for suckin cock out there. Kyrie is an awful defender, there is no reason for him to be this passive. If he's worried about being injured on some meaningless drive in the preseason he should just tell the coaches he doesn't want extended minutes.

where has our defense been in the preseason? Seems like we will really miss Okafor...Wall better step it up this season. I'm not seeing a MAX player so far.

Beal is going to be the top dog on this team. I could see it last year.

The team is playing on a back to back...so i shouldn't be overly critical, but unless Wall can just revert back to last season's averages it'll be tough all season long. I'd probably less worried if these performances were in the beginning of the preseason, but at least the starters looked alright in the beginning of preseason...now only Beal and Nene look worth a damn out there.

Is it possible that Beal will offer the firepower that Arenas once had?

I HIGHLY doubt he'll be the offensive player Arenas was (prime). If he is he could be a top 7 player in today's current NBA.

Yeah the announcers said of Beal "Boy, he can shoot can't he?"

"That's too easy."

Do you really think Wall is going to be this passive during the season? He's almost certain to be much more aggressive most nights when we hit the real season..... relaxxxxxxx people.

Beal is looking so good this preseason. He has seen the double team a couple of times so far. Good thing is only thing he can do is continue to grow. Did not now Henry Sims was back in the league I just seen him at a local spot not long ago.
