Salt Lake plays their final game of the season and are currently on top of the supporters shield race! Now lets hope for loss/tie for SKC and Portland and a NY loss. Personally, i think NYRB will choke and the SS will go to SKC.

Portland plays the same Chivas team that RSL just beat in their final game... The west will be interesting this weekend.

What's the deal with the Chivas? I heard they were struggling and may be moved. To where?

I think the combination of sharing a city/stadium/fan base with the extremely popular and established LA Galaxy, along with having an owner who basically uses it as a feeder club for his Mexican club team, has run it into the ground. I think with a new owner and a move to either Orange County or San Diego, the club can be extremely successful.

It's so easy to cheer for Joao Plata of RSL.

Why TFC ever traded him is beyond me... Oh wait, I know exactly why... Terrible management.

They are trying for a downtown L.A. stadium, but I don't see it ever happening. If the funding ever came available they would want the Galaxy to move as the more popular franchise.

They need to move to and rebrand as Chivas San Diego and completely drop the "USA" part.

I remember not being happy when i heard that we picked him up. Our problem last season was all our attackers not named Saborio couldn't score to save their lives and we went out and got a guy who struggle to score last season as well.

Him and Saborio have been a fantastic pair though. I hope to see him start more over Robbie Findley.

I hope they sell and rebrand. it's always been made clear that Vergara first priority has been Chivas in Guadalajara and that team is struggling this bad also (currently in last place of ligaMX if believe)

I'm sure Chivas USA's struggles are the last thing on Vergaras mind with Chivas GDL and the National team struggling. Just more proof of terrible management.

TFC wins? I totally forgot what that feels like.

What a wonderful end to a 6 win season.

Feel bad for Montreal (Not really) as I want the Canadian teams to make the playoffs, but it's hard not to be excited about the win.

Sporting Kansas win and eliminate Philly. They're in the lead for the Supporters Shield and force NY to win if they want to win it.

Here's hoping for a positive Chivas USA result tonight

I cant believe Montreal have to rely on other teams to make the playoffs. They were a shield contender about six weeks ago. I guess they really showed their age and ran out of gas in the home stretch of the season. I think they'll make it.

Timbers stomped Chivas USA.

What a display to move up the table.

Lots still to be decided today though.
