1-Heat
2-Bulls
3-Pacers
4-Nets
5-Knicks
6-Wiz
7-Hawks

8-
Cavs
Bucks
Pistons

Hopefully the Cavs can do well with Irving a full season leading them. And getting back Varejao should help. Andrew Bynum is a major wild card in this whole race.

I don't see the Cavs making the playoffs unless Bynum can miraculously play at least 50 games and even that still might not get them in. That team is just as devoid of talent as we are.

Bogut closing in on 3 year 43 million dollar deal...

Yeah. Id take Jefferson in a heartbeat over him. At least he stays healthy.

No NC State players made a roster....great job Lorenzo Brown for leaving early. Now you'll have to go overseas (you hope)

nc state might be the most disappointing college ever in terms of producing good nba players. hell, half their so-called great recruits never even made it to the NBA before the were busts.

Suns also cutting Kendall Marshall and Shannon Brown. So why did they draft Marshall again?

They were hoping he could be a Nash-like facilitator based on his college career. I don't blame them. He was worth a mid-1st rounder.

Lol you must be a UNC fan because Marshall had Ed Cota written all over him coming out of college. You never draft an unathletic PG who can't shoot, and atleast Cota could stroke it a little.

Traded to Washington- not cut. I never understood why they drafted him. They had multiple point guards already, but even Sebastian Telfair consistently got minutes.

One year after that draft, teams have already given up on quite a few players:
->Thomas Robinson (SAC and HOU both gave up on him)
->Kendall Marshall (bottom 3 team doesn't even have PT for him)
->Royce White (HOU and PHI both gave up on him- no surprise there)
->Fab Melo (BOS, MEM, and DAL have all waived him or traded him for absolutely nothing)
->Jared Cunningham (DAL played him 25 minutes all season then dumped him for nothing)
->Tony Wroten (MEM traded him for nothing)
->Miles Plumlee (IND threw him in to dump Gerald Green)

That's 7/30 1st rounders whose futures are looking bleak after just one season.

I'm definitely not a UNC fan. I guess you're right about Marshall and Cota but I'm not one to believe that you have to be athletic to be good.

Kendall Marshall deserved to be cut. He is a bum. Can't shoot, can't jump, slow, mediocre handles. He might have stuck if the league wasn't over saturated with pretty good point guards right now.

yea JT and for all the hate MKG has gotten have both done well compared to the other rookies

Devil's Advocate: Charlotte historically holds onto their guys for awhile. This franchise tried to turn Ajinca into an NBA player and thought DJ Augustin was a starting PG, remember?

Well you do have to hold onto Augustin for atleast a bit. Ajinca was a screw up from the beginning.

He did show plenty of promise, particularly the season right after Felton left. I think most of us thought Augustin would at least be a starting-caliber PG even if he wasn't one of the better ones. In the last year-plus, he has flopped beyond all of our expectations.

Can thank Larry Brown for that mess. Drafting a PG when we had Felton. Felton wasn't exactly a world beater, but he played his ass off.

ORL cut Romero Osby. I'm kinda surprised. I like this kid. Preseason averaged 5.7 ppg. and 4.0 rpg. in 15.4 minpg.

I like Osby's game. I wouldn't mind him on our team if we didn't already have Adrien and Southerland. Adrien is a good teammate that get along with the young core players and we need Southerland's perimeter shooting.
