I just looked. We have lost the last 6 games against Detroit and 12 of the last 14.

And we're talking about a Detroit team that has won an average of just 29 games a season for the past 4 years (prorating for the lockout). It's truly remarkable when you think about it. Over the past 4 years, they're 99-199 (.332) against the rest of the league, and 12-2 (.857) against us.

Firstrow is good. I usually use chrome and just have the adblock extension on. No ads. No spyware.

I can't remember the last time we beat Detroit. They absolutely own us. It's humiliating.

I see no chance of us winning. None.

I tend to agree however, if we were to somehow win, would the board call this
a sign, or dismiss it as a meaningless win against a bad team?

last year if we had gone .500 against DET, CHA, CLE, we would have had an exciting
battle at the end of the year to possibly make the playoffs.

I wonder if Gortat will start immediately or they'll bring him off the bench and start Seraphin to counter DET's size advantage..

Also, Wall needs to have a good outing for us to win. For whatever reason, ones that I cannot understand, DET has our number, while I doubt we get blown out, it won't be easy to win. Will also be curious as to how the floor spacing looks with Smith starting. Will also be curious to see if Billups continues to knock down big shots.

I think Wall posts a fairly pedestrian line on poor efficiency. Just like the regular season. I also think Beal continues his preseason play and looks great. Beal is making the all star game this year.
