Funny thing was Bogut was the only player probably in Bucks history of that sort of calibre that actually WANTED to stay in Milwaukee and liked living there. Instead you traded him for a ME first chucker to go along with the long line of Me first chuckers like Jennings, Redd, Me Williams etc etc.

$12 mill for a guy that the Warriors GM said was the most important player on their roster, the MVP of the playoffs and the only reason they beat Denver and took the Spurs to 6 games. That's hardly overpaying... especially when his weakness (offense) is not needed at a club that contains offense with Curry, Thompson, Lee, Barnes and Iguodala. There isn't another C in this league GSW could have gotten for $12 mill that would have had as much of an impact on the team as Bogut has.

Enjoy.

Didn't they go after Dwight Howard in the off season?

I was going to say something similar, but that 3 minute highlight video is irrefutable evidence that he is indeed the best option at C for the GS Warriors.

There isn't a fan around here that wanted to pay Jennings a big contract, in fact many didn't want Jennings under any contract.

Last I checked we didn't sign Jennings. So LOL all you'd like....we didn't make said mistake.

I like Bogut and when he is healthy he is a pretty good player. Sadly he's made of glass. I hope that trend doesn't continue as I am a fan of his and GS for that matter.

OT: Well... Bogut timing on blocks is still great to see. And when he decides to dunk on people instead of doing those "pussy" layups its pretty nice too..

I really do like watching Bogut play defense, run the court, pick and roll, pass from the block.. but man, his postup game has GOT to be the most awkward for a guy who gets a fair amount of touches. That weird hook shot... he should really get the Dirk fadeaway 8-12 foot shot.

Hope he stays healthy. I don't think anyone in MKE has a legit bone to pick with the guy. I don't blame a player for injuries and I don't blame a player for the position they are picked in the draft. Blame Harris that Chris Paul didn't go #1, not Bogut.

If it werent the injuries bogut would be worth the N1 Pick. He would be arguably the 2nd best player on that draft.

In the last years at least defensively he almost didn't have those pube games, but his offensive game (even before the injury) expecially his FT shooting and jumper, did leave a lot to be desired.

But hey, we can't separate him from the injuries that he had, we moved on, he moved on, thinking about it its like thinking about that relationship we had in the past that could have worked with a lot of 'ifs'

You're not doing the city justice.

What about our river too?
We're going to turn this team around 360 degrees.

His height kind of gives him away. Nice twist with Maya Moore getting it in.

That is when I figured it out. Thought it was CP3 at first tbh.

They did a good job covering it up on this one.

There's no rumor to this or anything, but hypothetically, if Pat Beverly proves to be a starting quality PG, would you guys consider floating Ilyasova to the Rockets in a deal for Beverly. Would allow us to move Knight to being a 6th man, where a lot of people think he'll eventually settle in anyways, and it would give the Rockets a starting quality PF they're currently lacking along with Ilyasova being an ideal fit next to Dwight.

I personally am a fan of Ersan and hope that he takes the next step this year and becomes a 17/9 kinda guy, but I know a lot of people here want to move him.

Meh, I like Beverley but he's 25 and unlikely to ever be anything more than a defensive specialist backup imo, would rather trade Ersan for youth or a pick if we're going that route. I want to see Wolters get some PT and he's already got a Knight and a God in front of him.

I think Beverly is going to prove to be a pretty solid asset this season but Ersan is just simply worth more. I think if we made a deal with them Asik would have to be the asset leaving Houston to a third team.

I'd rather have Beverly, easily.
