You know Sterling had to be heated to lose a game over effort. Doc has to get this team vastly better improve mentally.CP3 has to stop the late game stuff.

Not to mention their half court offense...they couldn't execute anything...if I wouldn't have known any better I would have thought they were playing against the 2005 Pistons. Not sure why they went away from the pick n roll but whatev. Bastards.
That's what you get for betting against your team

He will snap out of it but he needs to do it soon.
Honestly, I'm just not a fan of all that "body language didn't look good", "looked disinterested" kind of stuff. It's too much guessing and analyzing based on such limited stuff. If the coach comes out and says it, okay, but I'm not interested in that.
Dd he produce? Yes, but were there bad things in his production? Yes. Only 7 rebounds in 40 minutes, 4 turnovers, some in key moments, 3/10 from the FT line. I'm more interested in analyzing the concrete than doing player psychoanalysis. He can look as disinterested and have terrible body language all he wants, as long as he's producing, making his proper rotations, hitting his FT's, taking care of the ball, I don't care at all.

Also, if you remember, D'Antoni's offensive minded teams have always whooped the ass of Thibs' and Rivers' better defensive minded teams back when he was on the Knicks.
Is this true? I need some factual support here, lol.
Good ball movement is one of the preferred ways of beating that defensive scheme though

I think we're better off starting the season playing .500 ball so that a fire can be lit under our *****. We lost this game for many reasons but that's not an excuse. Give this team 10-15 games to gel then judge.

I'm not a betting man, but never gamble on a team that you like or a team that you hate. I would never bet on the Clippers to cover a spread in a game because they often make things harder than they need to be.
If you don't like a team, they'll probably lose when you make a bet for them to win.

You have Laker gear decked out everywhere yet you voted against them. You're the prime example of 90% of Laker fans. Like everyone else said its one game. There's still 81 to go and tbh the Lakersdid make at least 8 of there threes in that quarter
sometimes you gotta play the spread lol... i've bet against the clippers many times because the spread was just too good to not take.
lol yea I'm not sure this other guy understands that it's not personal it's business when it comes to gambling. It's got nothing to do with me being a fan...I'm trying to make money lol.

This is 100% true...I bet on the Heat to win tonight and I hate that team with a passion...look what happend lol. Lost another $500 smh. I'm 7-0 in the NFL, and 0-2 days in the NBA. I should've waited the first week like I did with football.

Yeah, I was talking only by memory and the numbers don't seem to support my argument, but I distinctly remember a report when Thibs was just starting in Chicago, right after a game where the Knicks spanked the Bulls, about how D'antoni was the one coach whose offensive system always seemed to render Thibs' defensive schemes useless. It even had a few Thibodeau quotes acknowledging the fact, I'll try to find it.

I don't think it's necessarily true that D'Antoni dominated over Doc Rivers and Tom Thibodeau, but they are difficult to defend because his teams can score 100+ points per game at will thanks to the Seven Seconds Offense. However, many of their losses were even triple digit based. Let me explain.
Per Basketball Reference:
1. D'Antoni is 8-18 against teams coached by Doc, Tom or both (by both, I mean the 2007-08 Boston Celtics).
2. The only time D'Antoni ever did well against either coach was in the 2010-11 season against Thibodeau's Bulls, where he was 2-1. Doc's Celtics had it better, for he swept D'Antoni's Knicks in that same season.
3. There were 11 situations in which both teams were in triple digits. D'Antoni's teams are 3-11 in those situations. Seven of the eight losses were against Doc River's teams.

That's good. Young trying to put extras on it. We'll be 1-1 w/ this toy team in January (10).
Not worried at all.
