Thompson has literally made NO progress in six years. Sorry to be negative but man it is so frustrating that he gets like five fouls every game.

Down to the final shot, full house, a secondish left....
Wouldn't have it any other way.

Vasquez surprised me with his scoring ability tonight. I definitely like a guy who can dish 9 apg and also create his own shot. Great pick up with him.
Isaiah Thomas looks like he's fighting for that sixth man of the year award. I love it.
Cousins was dominant. He was a man among boys out there.
Get Mbah A Moute healthy, Thornton and Patterson hitting shots like we know they can, McLemore acclimated, and we have a very solid team. Throw in Landry in a few months to take some of the scoring load off of Cousins, and we're talking major strides from last year.
It's a great time to be a Kings fan and to see the team on an upward trajectory.

Re: Hey guys, we uh, still have a team. Nuggets @ Kings
I was at the game, and the energy level was amazing! I can't compare it to early-2000 levels, because I was a broke teenager back then and unable to attend games. I hope that energy continues throughout the season!
My thoughts-
IT - My only complaint? It looked like he had BMac open on a fast break opportunity for a potential massive slam. He kept the ball, went 1 vs 2, and missed the layup.
JT - Dear god, I hate hating this guy, but I hated him last night. I kept thinking to myself, "If it wasn't for McGEE being on the court, JT would easily be the dumbest player on the court." I really like JT and feel he has something to offer this team, but perhaps he's trying to be something he's not by forcing all those shots?
DMC - He was beast. Hickson was all over him in the post, prior to DMC getting fed the ball, which was really irritating that the referees were letting that crap slide. The one thing that stood out to me, though. He demanded the ball in the post, in the Kings' final possession. It's the first time I've seen him take command over this team on the court.
Hayes - I was irritated by his two passes that could have netted us two easy baskets (BMAC corner three and I believe he had a guard open in transition?).
PPatt - Hopefully, his shot starts to fall. I saw him fight for some boards, but overall I'd say it was a mediocre game for him.
BMAC - HIs shot was not dropping. And although he got schooled by the crafty Andre Miller in the post on one possession, I saw he was all over the place helping out on defense. It was nice to see. He is definitely an athlete.
MT23 - He is terrible without the ball. I saw him running around and it seemed he could not break away from his defender, utilizing screens. His shot was falling, but we all know he can shoot. I just felt like every time he touched the ball, our offense stalled. He needs to go.
Outlaw - I thought he played relatively well. I noticed him on a few defensive plays and he made a three. I thought he played the role we need him too, and that's all I ask for.
Salmons - If Salmons drives to the basket or takes a set shot, I'm fine. If he does anything else I'm cussing him out. He did "anything else" more than once yesterday. I saw positives and negatives.
Vasquez - He had that floater going tonight. I heard about it, but that was the first I had seen it. It's a thing of beauty.

Crazy atmosphere last night. Lost my voice
Cousins is going to have a monster year if the gameplan from today stays consistent.

You guys have a massive unsolvable problem: Cousins. That guy was, once again, way over the top with his anger last night. He tried to hurt Thompson on that sideline ball possession play, and almost got into a fight after you won the game by taunting the Nuggets player.
tic tic tic tic tic tic....
Seriously, I'm glad he isn't my team's problem. This is NOT going to end well.

If my "massive unsolvable problem" is giving me 30/14 on 50% shooting without even a single technical foul every night I'm keeping it.

Cousins is a beast and in line for a career year; haters gonna hate. Plus the team will win a couple more games this year.
