I wish I could watch Western Conference basketball exclusively. Teams like OKC, LAC, Golden State, etc are so much more fun to watch than anything going on out here in the East.

another double-header where you get everything you expect out of an Eastern duel and then a game with two Western teams. Only this time around I quite enjoyed both games, probably because I didn't have to watch Miami win.

did anyone see the pathetic performance by Mully? all four threes he took were absolutely wide open and as JDR720 already mentioned he hit the backboard on one of them.

I wonder what happened to that 'leolovinliberal' guy that said Byron Mullens was a stud (Sam Presti's one glaring mistake) and Myck Kabongo would be a star

The Magic are murdering the Pelicans. Maybe NO will get desperate and make a dumb trade in our favor. (I wish)

The Sixers won again. They must be gauging their potential before tanking.

what would a trade with the pelicans clearly in the bobcats favor even look like?

It looks like Minny finally decided to play Derrick Williams and he's a big part to why they are blowing out the OKC.

I'm so happy Brian Shaw didn't want to be our coach or whatever because Denver has totally regressed under him.

Hes trying too hard to be a defensive minded coach when that roster doesn't really fit that. Especially without Iguodala.

Pelicans need a C bad. They would have to give us more than Eric Gordon for Jefferson tho.

Gordon for Gordon with incentive coming back here

Anthony Davis and Jrue Holiday for Ben Gordon works too.

The Miami cHeat might be about to be 1-2. That combined with a Bobcats win has made my night. Now if I can convince this new chick to come over to my crib tonight. That'll make the cypher complete.

can't blame him. Denver lost its three best defensive players (or rather only defensive players) during the summer, he has a logjam at the 4 and 5 positions and none of those guys can defend and he has to fill the shoes of George Karl who for all his faults was a great regular season coach. They'll be one of those train wreck teams that supposedly could run and score a lot, yet the defense sucks and the offense itself is chaotic.

Holy crap, Ricky Davis is still trying to get back into the league. You know, maybe this is just me being sentimental but how serendipitous would it be if he finished his career in Charlotte? I've read articles awhile back that he's matured a lot and confident that he can still give a team production. He was a decent shooter and if Hendo keeps crapping the bed, I'd sign him to a cheap deal personally.

He tried out for the knicks this preseason, and the team that drafted him in the d-league is the Knicks affiliate.

I don't want to see him become a Bobcat.

re: shaw

anyone who coaches in denver should try to establish a team that presses and runs. denver has the biggest built in home court advantage in the league playing at 5000+ feet. its a total disservice to install a slow half court system for that team.

Let him play one game as a Hornet next year and then let him go.

Philly - where winning is a mistake. Westbrook to make his return against Phoenix. Damn, i hope they haven't cleared him too early and he ends up re-injuring his knee. I feel for Durant.
