I think Westbrook is coming back to fast, he shouldn't play more than 20mins, OKC badly needs offense....trade them Gerald for their 2014 1st round pick (probably around 28)

yea they should try for 95 shots a game, the other team will be falling over from lack of oxygen....feel bad for Anthony Bennett if they play in Denver this season, poor kid gonna have a stroke

That's the thing, Henderson chooses to go into iso himself because he wants to immitate Kobe Bryant. I've seen plenty of times where Henderson has had open looks only to stall, put the ball on the floor, and turn his back to the defender before attempting a fade away jump shot. Let's just say that Henderson is not the type of player a point guard should look to for a easy assist

agree with this, no way should any team without Dwight Howard on it shoot that badly from the FT line (and thats with Dwight taking about 15 FT's and the rest taking about 6)

Denver has always played uptempo, and they've always been disappointing in the playoffs. Uptempo works great during the regular season but during a series, the games just become a grind when you play against good teams with good coaching. The Clippers and to an extent the Thunder are having the same problems. Championships are just generally won in the halfcourt so it puts run and gun teams like Denver at a disadvantage because they have to change their style/identity too much. Uptempo is also negated during the playoffs b/c of all the breaks in action from extra tv timeouts and longer breaks.

It's kind of a catch 22 for teams like Denver.

Brian Shaw better be careful. He inherited a team that is not meant for what he does. Hes supposedly a master of the triangle offense aka Phil Jacksons protege... Well you picked the wrong gig son. Its not a defensive oriented team especially with Iguodala gone. I honestly cant say I wish him well since he passed us up.

he just flat out said no to Charlotte because he "wanted a chance" well he picked the wrong "chance" a team good enough to make playoffs but not good enough to do anything in them, Charlotte will be better than Denver in 2 years

We might be better than Denver right now. They aren't looking good at all so far. I doubt they'll make the playoffs unless Gallinari's return later in the season makes them that much better.

Bennett still without a field goal made 4 games into the season. That has to be some kind of record for a #1 pick.

Picked Russ up in two of my fantasy league in the 30s and 40s I believe. Looking **** amazing.

Speaking of looking **** amazing, thank god we didn't get a chance to draft Anthony Bennett. Y'all had me worried sick we'd take his out-of-shape no-game ass.
