The Minnesota Twins have formally expressed interest in free agent Ervin Santana.
It doesn't come as a surprise. The Twins tried to trade for Santana last November.
Santana went 9-10 with a 3.24 ERA and 161 strikeouts in 211 innings for the Kansas City Royals in 2013.
