Was relishing the practice of clutch situations for our newly assembled team however with about 4 minutes to go we started taking some bad shots and it never looked like we were going to close out the game.

Team is going to have to dig deep mentally and physically on a back to back against world champs.

But the Clippers are still 30th (last) in defense. That's what's worrisome.

Rumor has it Clippers may finally pick up a big. Hearing it could be Chris Wilcox. No word on whether this is a guaranteed or non-guaranteed contract. But either way, the other rumor is they may plan to trade for Carmelo Anthony come the deadline.

Vucevic was a total monster (I'm guessing 30-21 is his career best) and cool as ice at the FT line to top it off.

He had a 25/29 game last year vs Miami.....twice.

Vuc has had a 30/20 game before this one. Had a 30pt 20reb game versus Milwaukee last year. Also was close versus Miami with a 20pt 29reb, The 1st Miami game he was 25pts 21rebs.

That Milwaukee game was crazy because Tobias Harris also went for 30pts 19rebs for Orlando and the Bucks John Henson had like 26rebounds.

I wasn't able to watch the game, however I did get a chance to listen to the majority of the first half. I thought that maybe we just had a bad start and could get past it, but I guess not. I heard that we got very close and had a brief lead, but couldn't close out the game. This isn't a game that I wanted to lose. I remember last winter when the Magic beat us at home, we can't let this continue to happen. Hopefully we'll be ready to face the Heat tonight.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!
